LippoBank is a Fucking Prick

Sorry about the language, but I’m beginning to consider to turn my blog from a journal of my life, to a collection of Indonesian-related rants. And yes, that is what I just experienced today. I went to LippoBank to cash out my saving’s remaining fund. A trip that I expected to last only for 20 minutes at max turned to be an hour plus trip. And so here’s the story…
My account in LippoBank is inactive. Okay, I’m not going to tell the whole horrific story behind that. So in order to cash out my savings, they said that it needs to be reactivated, and they asked for the savings book and my ID card. And there I went, waiting for more than an hour to get the account reactivated. And I can surely bet if I didn’t repeatedly ask the customer service on WHAT’S MY ACCOUNT STATUS?!?! They won’t be doing any reactivations on my account anytime soon. It’s only a fucking reactivation, for Christ’s sake!!! It’s not prepping for the president’s arrival!!!
So, I am going to say it out loud that LippoBank is a fucking prick! Along with all the goddamned shits that is contained in the so-called Lippo Group and their shitty management! And yes, that goes to UPH as well with their so-called professional management! They’re the reason why I had to make an account on that shitty bank in the first place. And if you do have a thought on opening an account in LippoBank, for the love of God, DON’T!
Is it true that in Indonesia, you can’t get the best service unless you go berserk? I’m beginning to believe so.
