Wet Handycam

A very unpleasant mishap happened to me during the Ensemble gathering last Saturday. I was crossing this river with my handycam hanging on my neck, not realizing that I stepped on the wrong stone. And there we go, I slipped and splashed my self inside the river with the handycam. Thank goodness all the video data is fine, but my handycam is having serious delusional optical problems with all those excess water trapped inside the lens. Hopefully it’s fixable. My cellphone and digital camera, however, survived the tragedy inside my Lowepro camera bag. Next time I’m crossing a river barefooted, I will surely remember to put in every electronics inside their bags.
